I will provide you with detailed workouts and specific exercise plans for each day of the week including what to do on rest days while also checking in on you once a week via video chat. There will be a monthly newsletter and a weekly group video chat where we can get together as a community and chat, and I will answer your questions. I will always be available via email for other questions you may have about your plan during the week. This plan includes access to video demonstrations on how to do each exercise correctly.
Get strong and stay uninjured! I will teach you the proper technique for each strength training exercise to gain strength and reduce injury. Once you have completed this series you will be ready to move onto Level 2.
