This will be 45 minutes of high intensity strength and conditioning training designed to burn calories while transforming your body. We will meet one time each week in the morning or the evening. Our competition Prep includes weekly check-ins, bi-weekly body composition check-ins, customized nutrition plan, customized training plan, blood panel evaluation and bi-weekly physique evaluation. Our goals are to teach you how to train, eat and hydrate properly, attain adequate rest, and set goals of your own. Our primary concern is your health followed by the attainment of your desired physique. We ask that you follow our coaching protocol as closely as possible and that you share any questions that you have during your check-ins so that we may address them. This is an opportunity for you to join a local personal training gym. You must have a personal training certification or be willing to go through the process of becoming certified. You will have the ability to train as many clients as you can and surplus clients may be referred to you. Clients must have a membership to the gym ($30) and you must pay your monthly dues ($210). This is OUR gym, which means everyone who is a part of the gym is expected to treat it as such. If there is something we can do to better assist you as a coach and trainer please let us know. If there is something we can do to better assist our clients and members please let us know. *All of our clients will pay through this app/website for their memberships. You will manage payments of all clients that you bring and we will manage payments of all clients we refer to you.
1. Membership & Access Apollo Breed Fitness is a private gym with a strict 60-member limit to maintain a high-quality, uncrowded training environment. All members will receive keyless access through a secure mobile app (Kisi). Please don’t share your access credentials with others — it's how we keep things exclusive and safe. With your membership you have access to private training, group sessions, and boot camps at additional cost (availability may vary; scheduling is required.) See Fee Schedule below. 2. Community Standards We’re a small, tight-knit gym. Please respect others, wipe down equipment after use, and keep the space clean. Be mindful of others’ personal space, and gym etiquette at all times. Discrimination, harassment, or aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination. 3. Training & Services Our team is here to help guide you toward the transformation you want — whether that’s through 1-on-1 coaching, group sessions, or boot camps. Training services require scheduling in advance. Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time (typically 24 hours’ notice) to avoid fees/lost sessions. 3.1 Fee Schedule 1-on1: 12 Pack $660, 8 Pack $480, 4 Pack $250, 1 Pack $75 Group (2-6 members) : 12 Pack $400, 8 Pack $350, 4 Pack $225 Boot Camp: 4 Pack $200 4. Facility Use & Safety For your safety, we recommend consulting a physician before starting any new fitness program. Use equipment only as intended, and let us know if you notice any damage or malfunction. All members must sign a liability waiver before using the facility. 5.
