This features some exercises and movements that will help to build a base level of fitness to help carry you into the Beginner weight loss plan. This 8-week program requires no equipment and little to no previous exercise history. Each movement is accompanied by a video and detailed instructions to ensure proper movement.
This beginner running plan is designed to help you get introduced to running for an approachable distance. Whether you'd like to do your runs on a treadmill or outdoors is up to you.
