    Train 365 is designed to help you get in shape without the need for much equipment or confusion. All you need are a pair of dumbbells and mini bands. The program combines strength training exercises with cardiovascular exercises to help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve overall health. It includes a variety of exercises such as squats, push-ups, lunges, rows, and more. You'll also get guidance on proper form and technique to ensure that you're getting the most out of each exercise. We have the perfect strength program for you! ​ Strength training is important because it can enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle can also contribute to better physical apperance as well as an increased metabolism in result from increased muscle growth. This means you burn more calories at rest! Our trainers are right there if you have any questions. ​ Does this program fit me? ​Are you looking to increase your strength? Looking to tone up or PR your lifts? This 12 week mesocycle will get you right! We focus on the fundamental lifts such as squat, bench and deadlift. You will also have supplemental lifts such ass biceps, triceps, abdominals, stabilizers, etc. Your workout week will be broken up with mainly 2 upperbody focused days and 2 lowerbody focused days. Other days will add active recovery and mobility. ​ Our program uses progressive overload. Progressive overload is an important principle in strength training. This program uses the principle of progressive overload by carefully increasing the training stimulus without exceeding your bodies capability to recover and grow. That’s why it’s so important you give honest feedback within the App as you go through the 8 weeks!
