In 2019, I was a washed-up deadbeat with no prospects. For the first time in my life I decided that I wanted to try and get in shape. Using only the simple equipment I had available to me I started a home exercise program in the middle of the COVID lockdowns. I was amazed by the progress I was able to make in a matter of months and I knew that if I could do it, anyone could.
