About Andreas

I’m Andreas Dubinyi, Fitness Coach specializing in helping men overcome shoulder pain, build strength, and perform at their best.

My approach is built around understanding how the nervous system and body work together. Rather than relying on quick fixes or generic exercises, I use personalized assessments and progressive training to improve movement, rebuild strength, and develop a body that can handle more.

My goal is simple: to help you build a stronger, more resilient body so you can train with confidence, move without constantly worrying about your shoulder, and perform at your best.

This isn't just about getting out of pain. It's about becoming stronger, fitter, and more capable for the long term.
