The Let’s Get Right training guide to support on your fitness journey! This training guide is requires little to no weights or any equipment, and can be done in the comfort of your own home. Comes with: AMTFIT Nutrition Guide Video Instruction Consistent Communication 24/7 availability for questions and concerns With this program you will be engaging in calisthenics and explosive body weight exercises. You will build week to week in reps, and weights if you would like. There are two active rest days that I have programmed into the training that I encourage you to use to pursue any fitness pursuits you are interested in i.e, hiking, biking, yoga, etc. My desire for you, through this training guide, is to establish a foundational understanding of fitness and come into your own physical, spiritual, and wellness journey. This 6 week training guide is the next phase of training I did after volume 1 of Wanna Be an Athlete, but can be done independently of that program. The training style is similar in intent and purpose, but is done with block training, which I designed to segment the training of different body parts throughout a training session. This guide can be done in a traditional gym setting and involves Kettlebells, barbells, and other gym equipment.
