    KAIZEN: Continuous Improvement Are you ready to change your life by building sustainable habits with the help of a professional? If your answer is yes, than I would love to support you in your journey and start you on your personalized training program! With this program you will train for six weeks at a time to help you reach your goals. Every six weeks, you will receive a training program that is based off my findings from your consultation, coaching call, and weekly check ins. You will be supported through encouragement and weekly check ins to help keep you motivated and build discipline along your journey. Do not prolong your fitness, let’s build together.

Welcome to AMT Fitness! My name is Toni Montez and I founded this personal training brand in July of 2020. I am committed to achieve the highest I can for myself and my clients. Since the inception of this brand I have trained over 80 people between my training plans and in-person training sessions who have all been more than satisfied with the work we put in. Personally, I have trained myself for the past 2 years and have lost over 90 pounds and have ran seen dramatic improvements in my athletic ability, flexibility, strength and more!


I believe that fitness is very important and that when an individual prioritizes their fitness that they will lead a much more enjoyable and healthy life. The three areas of fitness that I believe are most important and comprehensive are mental, physical and spiritual. Through tremendous focus and consistent effort all three areas of fitness lives can be changed for the better!
