About Ashley

I’m a full-time Assistant District Attorney, NPC Bikini competitor, and personal trainer who knows firsthand what it’s like to juggle a demanding career and a busy lifestyle. I believe you don’t have to choose between professional success and your health—you can achieve both. Now in my 40s, I feel stronger, healthier, and more energized than I did in my 20s, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same transformation.

My goal is to empower you to grow personally, build confidence, and stay motivated—whether that means simply moving with more ease and energy as you age, or sculpting the physique you’ve always dreamed of.

I coach with the belief that lasting results come from small, consistent changes. By focusing on simple, sustainable steps, you’ll create real progress that sticks—and discover just how strong, capable, and confident you can be.

My coaching belief is that small changes are more sustainable and manageable than taking on too much at once. Small steps lead to great destinations while building sustainable change.
