Hi! I'm Amanda, & I founded the Balance + Thrive Guide. I know how it feels to wake up & realize that you NEED to make a change in your life - I was overweight, sluggish, & lacked complete confidence in myself as a woman because I was ashamed of my body, which no longer reflected my strong personality & work ethic.
I would scroll through Instagram & Pinterest for hours searching for “Fitspo” accounts that were going to share their magic formula for 6 pack abs & a firm butt...but unless I learned how to lose the weight & actually keep it off for good, I knew that I would continue to yo-yo & jump from one diet to the next until I died. Okay, that’s a little dramatic, but until I found something that would actually stick.
So I set off on a mission to learn everything I could about women's health & fitness in an effort to create a lasting change in my own life...
In my search to master everything I could about working out & eating well, I was able to lose 15 pounds & 10% body fat without doing an hour of cardio, drinking a single Fit Tea, taking diet pills or eating less than 1,200 calories a day... & soon, everyone started asking how they could replicate the same results in THEIR bodies too.
So, I decided to put together a program to teach my signature methodology that has brought me from a place of hiding with low self confidence & self worth, to thriving in a bikini at rooftop pool parties with my friends. That is how the "Balance + Thrive Guide" was born!
