8 weeks of Savage's toughest GYM leg and glute days to add on to your current program. Each 2 week round provides 3 new Leg/Glute workouts to take your booty and leg gains to the next level. This is not a complete training program. It's just leg and booty days. Swap out your current leg days, or add on extra booty work to your current program. Please note, a good workout split will allow adequate rest time between muscle groups. So you don't want to hit the same muscle group 2 days in a row. Savage Shred is a competition prep style training program designed to get your physique lean! It’s an intense program with workouts ranging from 1-2 hours 6 days a week. Fasted cardio and training later in the day is encouraged. This is an intense program! I do not recommend doing for more than 3 months at a time. Followed with a proper fat loss diet you can expect to see incredible fat loss results. This subscription has the HOME version as the main program, but you will have access to the Gym version in a sub category as well.
