He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Behavioral Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and has further advanced his expertise with a PsyD in Behavioral Psychology. Tyrek’s credentials are bolstered by numerous professional certifications, including those from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), the American Sports & Fitness Association (ASFA), and the American University of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Additionally, he is a recognized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Life Coach Practitioner.

With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Tyrek is a seasoned professional specializing in personal training, sports nutrition, DNA fitness, and exercise therapy.
