A quick, targeted recovery session designed to help your athlete bounce back faster after training. We’ll use foam rolling, lacrosse ball trigger, release, and resistance band mobility, work to loosen tight muscles, flush, lactic acid, and restore movement quality. * please schedule immediately following a training session—when muscles are warm and responsive— to maximize recovery, benefits, and reduce next day stiffness.
