Active30 Is A Strategy-Based, Accountability-Driven, Virtual Golf Performance System.

Created by Chris Doherty, Active30 shows serious players how to be physically prepared & mentally tough so that they can consistently play their best, most injury-free golf.

Own underlying philosophy is that that every golfer (and person for that matter) must engage in at least 30-minutes of ACTIVE physical preparation and 30-minutes of ACTIVE mindset work each and every day in order to experience optimal success in life.

Active30 is an INVITATION ONLY program, meaning that each applicant must complete a short application form and interview call to ensure that the player and coach are a mutual fit for success.

If accepted into Active30, each player has an initial Onboarding Strategy Session, which includes detailed SMART Goal Setting as well as a TPI Assessment Screen. SMART Goal setting enables the coach and the player to get clear on desired performance objectives, and to co-design the initial strategy for achieving these goals.

The TPI Assessment serves as the basis for each player's fitness training plan, as it helps us identify any movement restrictions or weaknesses that could be inhibiting a player's growth, development, or success on the golf course.

Furthermore, we establish both a Nutritional and Recovery Game Plan by connecting any wearables to the Active30 App (which currently integrates with MyFitnessPal, FitBit, Apple Watch, and Withings) to form an initial baseline followed by developing an integrated plan for success.

Each player has a weekly strategy call with his or her coach to review "wins," challenges, and the performance of the previous week's action items before setting new action items for the week to come.

Mindset strategies are laid out predominantly during the strategy sessions, within the Active30 Masterclass, and via frequent text, audio text and video text checkins throughout the week.

Players have unlimited texting access to their coach, and are subject to ONE (1) mandated "video analysis checkin" per week that involves the player sending "visual proof" (via video text) of proper exercise form, nutritional/recovery compliance (other than MyFitnessPal), or the implementation of weekly action items.

Because of our strategy-based and accountability-based approach to golf performance, every player is always clear on goals, objectives and daily deliverables so that the ability to consistently play one's best, most injury-free golf is merely the byproduct of a single variable...
