My name is Arthur Baker II and I am a "Ideal Physique" trainer from San Diego CA. I specialize in hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, and plyometrics. I am a life long athlete that spent most of my time growing up playing every sport possible, focusing on basketball and lacrosse in high school, later transitioning to weight lifting and body building after giving up competitive sports. My goal as a trainer is to help you get where you want to be whether it be your overall physique or improving athletic performance.
