About Hareleah

I've done all the trial and error for you, I've done all the learning so I can pass on the education and get you straight to your results.
I have competed in two body building shows, earning a national qualification before two accidents with semi trucks and a long down time to recover. I'm back and ready to compete and I can show you that no matter where you are, a healthy and fulfilling life can be yours.

I promote the Carbs After Dark lifestyle. Simply, we have done away with restrictive behaviors. Night time means you can still eat, you don't gain weight when the calorie monsters come to play after 7pm.

I thrive on knowing I can balance my life and my fitness because fitness is a part of my life, it isn't my life and my goal is to teach others the same thing.

My next goal is to get my Master's in either Nutrition or Kinesiology. I am looking for the right program to fit my needs to I can best help my clients and future clients.

When I'm not working, you can find me at the local range or walking around my local community meeting new people.
