Hey, I’m Meagan — founder of M.L.D.

I created MLD because I was tired of seeing people waste time on cookie-cutter programs that don’t work for real life. I’ve trained for years, tried it all, and found that what actually gets results (and lasts) is a mix of smart strength training, intentional movement, and a strong mindset.
My coaching style combines kettlebells, bodyweight training, and Pilates-based principles. I’m here to help you feel strong, confident, and capable in your body. Whether you’re working out in a gym, at home, or on the go. I focus on function, form, and fueling your body, especially through different life phases such as general overall health, menopause, postpartum, or just navigating a busy schedule.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, community, and progress. I train every day, and I bring that energy to my clients. You’ll find that I hold you accountable, push you with purpose, and teach you how to train anywhere, anytime!
