I didn’t grow up being the strongest, the fastest, or the biggest. I grew up being the skinny kid that looked like even a sudden breeze could knock him over. Throughout my adolescence, I was made fun of for my short height and skinny frame. I was what we would call “a late bloomer”. That didn’t change till one summer when genetics decided to play catch up and I grew over 6 inches in height. Now, the height was tremendous but honestly it made me feel even more like a walking skeleton... I despised it so much that my freshmen year of high school I decided that no matter what I had to put on size. This led me to join the football team and that’s when I was introduced to “The Gym”. To be honest, it felt like love at first sight. Causing me to develop the desire to be as big, fit, and muscular as I could be. I found a goal of wanting to look a certain way and once there I made a new to goal to help as many people as I can find that version of themselves that they want to embrace. I’ve guided many clients throughout their Journey. From putting on the muscle they’ve always desired, losing the stubborn weight that for years didn’t want to come off, and helping create healthy habits and a lifestyle that can’t be forgotten. I can not say that I’m just here to help you reach your short-term goal as I am also here to change your life forever!
