About Fouad

Hello everyone, a little about me: I began my journey as a national athlete in combat sports and mid-distance running. After the 2013 World Muay Thai Championship, I transitioned from being a dedicated athlete to a professional trainer. Over the years, I’ve earned multiple certifications from various organizations, and my education continues to evolve.

I am also the director of Body Unit Academy, where I train and supervise personal trainers and physiotherapists. With an extensive athletic career and personal training background, I am equipped to coach individuals through anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I have completed my MSc in Health Psychology and received Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) training. My focus is on advancing health and wellness, ensuring that I make a lasting impact on both the mental and physical well-being of those I work with.
