The Compounding Habits Program helps busy leaders build healthy habits in 28 days. By starting small, fitting habits into daily routines, and creating a supportive environment. Participants pick one habit (like a 20-minute daily exercise) and gradually make it a part of their daily routine. Using the 80/20 Fitness app to track progress, the goal is to complete 22 out of 28 days to advance to the next of the program. Coaches provide extensive guidance and support throughout the journey.
