About Chuck

Chuck is a Transformation and Nutrition Coach that walks the walk and lives the talk. From Morbidly Obese to a Bodybuilder in a year and a half.

He is also a professional photographer, Harp Guitarist and Storyteller. However, this story is true.

He is the inventor of the "555 Lifestyle". Five planned meals per day, Five workouts per week and Five miles of walking per day. There's a bit more to it like rep ranges, muscle confusion, diet optimization etc.

At the age of 56, Chuck found himself overweight. I guess it can sneak up on all of us.

As a former High School and Collegiate Wrestler, Scuba Instructor, Navy Pilot and Ship Driver, this just wasn't him.

He began extensive research, weeding out the hype from the truth.

Finding Tom Veneto's site, https://www.burnthefatfeedthemuscle.com, it became his Holy Grail along with Arnolds book. Chuck's first victory was best over 50 transformation contest from Tom's website and that set him in motion on his fitness journey.

He has gone on to compete in over 10 bodybuilding contests. Physique, Bodybuilding and Classic Bodybuilding and bringing home trophy's, swords and axes.

Chuck now specializes in working with PTSD Veterians, Chunky Guitarists and Singer Songwriters that want to take their life's back and look their best on stage.

P.S. Keep in mind that it takes roughly 130 quality hours to get fit. It's equivalent of training hard, an hour a day, five days a week, for six months or 3 days per week for a year. The Marines can do it in 12 weeks but it's a bit more intense with their personal trainers being drill instructors. LOL
