Hi, I’m Teija – a wellness coach and certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience helping women find balance, strength, and energy through sustainable movement and nutrition.

I specialize in nutrition coaching, online fitness guidance, and practical wellness tools tailored especially for women aged 40+. I work in English, Finnish and German.
