There are numerous daily GORUCK events around the world based on U.S. Army Special Forces Assessment and Selection events known as Team Week.     Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) members specialize in synchronizing air assets into the ground battle space and work closely with the Army, Navy, Marines and Coalition partners to manage large areas of operations. TACP’s primary tactical role is to maintain qualification as Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTACs) which is a special skill that all TACPs possess. JTACs maximize the lethal and non-lethal effects of airpower and minimizes risk to friendly forces and non-combatants. The new standard as of 1 January 2021 all TACP Candidates are required to attend and pass Special Warfare Preparatory Course in order to move onto Level 3 training.     The General is a comprehensive fitness program offered by 18A Fitness that is designed to help individuals improve their overall movement, lifestyle, and well-being. This program is suitable for anyone who wants to move, live, and feel better. The General consists of a four-day-a-week workout program that focuses on various aspects of fitness. Each day begins with a Mobility session, which helps to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and overall movement quality. This is followed by the Work portion of the workout, which includes a combination of Kettlebell training, cardiovascular exercises, and functional movements to enhance overall fitness levels. The workout concludes with the Core segment, which targets the core muscles and helps to improve stability and posture. If the workout feels too easy, individuals have the option to add additional rounds to challenge themselves further. The General program is designed to be adaptable to individual fitness levels and goals.
