The Academy

The Academy Phase 1 (6 Weeks 3 Days a Week) is designed for not just athletes but anyone looking to train like an athlete. The first in a series of athletically based programs, Phase 1 heavily emphasizes building a foundation for all levels of fitness. You will take aspects of mobility, strength, explosiveness and control, and combine them all into one. What is included in the program, Stretching, Mobility, Activation Drills, Dynamic Warm Ups, Speed, Sprint Work, Full Body Weight Training, along with Contrasting Methods for explosive power. What is needed to participate in the program, Dumbbells, Kettlebells ranging from moderate to heavy weight (both can be substituted for the other if you do not have access to one) Medicine Balls, A bench, Bands, and your own body weight (gym access would be preferable).Remember this 6 Week program is about BUILDING A FOUNDATION through PROGRESSION style workouts. Once completed the next series of ADVANCED Programs will follow.
