The very first sport i started out with was swimming at the age of 3! i was a fish in the water for about 12 years. I come from a very athletic background so i had no choice but to jump into some sports. All throughout middle school and high school, I participated in swimming , shadowing an Athletic Trainer, Varsity Cheerleading, and Cross Country. I was very familiar with the fitness and athletic field i wanted to tap into the strength training aspect in 2015. I was so interested in the body and healthcare before college, I attended Colombia University during the summer for their Advanced Medicine and Healthcare Conference and the Alumni program at Johns Hopkins University the following year. When I enrolled at Georgia State University I majored in exercise science, I learned Anatomy & Physiology and became interested in becoming a Master Personal Trainer. I thought hey I see what these workouts are doing for me and how my confidence level is changing, I want to do the same for others. I decided to do research and study and it motivated me to become certified so that I could help others and enjoy doing it at the same time. I am Rayah Houston, your Master Trainer, Nutritionist and NPC Bodybuilder. Let me help you Shape and build that confidence you never had and bring out the body you never thought you could get.
