With 4 years of personal training experience, and a B.S. in exercise science, Blair has accrued multiple certifications to aid you in achieving your fitness goals. As of now, he has experience training with all populations ranging from middle school, all the way to senior citizens whether it be corrective exercises or general strength and conditioning training.
Philosophy:
Blair believes there isn’t a one size fits all approach to achieving your goals, whether it be hypertrophy, weight loss, strength or more. Blair recognizes that everyone is different, and that individualized science based programming is the most effective way to reach your goals alongside communication and understanding of how YOUR body works.

With the passion of knowing how the body works on the smallest level, and how adaptations occur through exercise.
