Growing up as an athlete since the young age of 4, I have always had a solid interest in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Growing up I participated in numerous sports, going on to participate in Tae Kwon Do, swimming, and basketball at an elite level. My athletic background, love for staying fit, and desire to help others lead me to pursue a Degree In Kinesiology majoring in Athletic Therapy, which upon completion founded my own company: Triple Threat Fitness. Since graduation, I have continued to further my education and credentials (see listed below) in order to keep up with new research and further help my clients. I have helped a large number of clients lose weight, drop body fat, reduce body pain, and feel amazing through one on one as well as group training sessions; however I am now adding many online training success stories from clients all over the world! I have a passion for helping others and it truly makes me happy to see client's reach their fitness/weight loss goals. The statement "if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life" is very true as I wake up each day with excitement about who I can help feel great each day!
