✨ A Little About Me
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, wellness coach, and women’s health coach passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better through fitness, wellness, movement, and community.
My coaching focuses heavily on women’s health, hormone balance, strength training, nervous system regulation, and sustainable lifestyle habits — especially for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, high stress seasons, or feeling stuck in their health journey.
But beyond fitness, I believe movement is healing in many forms.
That’s why I’ve also created spaces for connection and confidence through dance, community events, and lifestyle coaching — because health is about so much more than workouts alone.
