I have been an Athletic Trainer and Personal Trainer for 12yrs. now and I can honestly say that I still love helping people live better, move better and to find their true potential. I have worked with all shapes, sizes, and types of clients ranging from injury rehab/prevention, weight loss, performance enhancement and mobility improvement. Having spend the last 5 yrs working on the PGA Tour my specialty is Golf Fitness but I don't like limiting my self to specialty clients.
