I’m Melissa Cech, a Canadian IFBB Figure Pro, NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, and the founder of Team Mel Coaching Ltd., based in Victoria, BC.

For over a decade, I’ve coached over one thousand women and men through sustainable body transformations by combining structured training, intelligent nutrition, and lifestyle systems that actually work in real life. Not extremes. Not quick fixes. Real, repeatable results built through consistency and accountability.

My background as a national-level field hockey athlete and professional physique competitor taught me what it truly takes to build strength, resilience, and discipline under pressure. That experience now shapes how I coach: with precision, empathy, and high standards.

Team Mel Coaching is not about motivation. It’s about systems, structure, and learning how to show up even when life is busy, stressful, or imperfect. My clients come to me because they want clarity, confidence in the gym, and a coach who leads with honesty while fully supporting them through every phase of the process.
