    ‘Build: Legs’ is an intermediate to advanced leg focused program. It is a 16 week, 4 month program with each phase lasting 4 weeks. The foundation of this program is progressive overload and hammering your legs. There are 2 upper body days and 3 lower body days each week, primarily machines. SPLIT: hamstrings/glutes, back/delts, glutes/quads, glutes/hamstrings, shoulders/calves REQUIREMENTS: This program will require a full gym with barbells, dumbbells, and machines. *Program will load day 1 on the first Monday following purchase *Program will renew monthly, for 4 month unless cancelled

  • Leaner- Bodybuilding and Conditioning

    Our ‘Revival Training Leaner’ is a program designed for intermediate to advanced lifters. It is a 12 week, 3 phase program with each phase lasting 4 weeks. Leaner’s foundation is in bodybuilding principles with an additional layer of conditioning. This program will induce rapid fat loss and hypertrophy (defining/building muscle) through workouts that keep you on your toes. Due to the high intensity and volume of this program, active rest days are strategically built into each week to give your body the rest it needs to recover and be ready for your next workout. SPLIT: Push (Chest & Shoulders), Mobility & Cardio, Quads- Squat, Pull (Back & Biceps), Full Body Push, Hamstrings- Deadlift REQUIREMENTS: This program will require a full gym with barbells, dumbbells, and machines.
