With a decade of experience and 300+ client transformations under her belt, Regina blends science-backed strategies with deep empathy to help busy women lose fat, build strength, and reclaim their confidence.

She’s a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with advanced credentials in women’s fitness, sleep and recovery, and behavior change. Regina’s coaching style is equal parts structure and support—perfect for high-achieving women juggling careers, family, and self-care.

From Tough Mudders to CrossFit to half marathons, she’s lived the challenges her clients face. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Czech, Regina brings global perspective and a fierce passion for helping women build healthy, balanced lives without extremes or restrictions.
