Fitness has brought me through some of the toughest times in my life including major health issues which I continue to battle all while living to the fullest. I adore my family time and thrive on my activities outside the gym. Mountaineering, mountain biking, snowboarding, wake boarding and scuba diving are all the things that make me tick enjoying the PNW to the fullest, I just love the outdoors.
