The perfect option for those who just want to go to the gym, pick a workout, follow it and then go home. You don't necessarily want a trainer yet your never sure of what to do while your there, but get tired of following the same workouts. This will change that. You will always have a minimum of 20 different workouts to chose from (4 at home variations) with the library being updated every 4 weeks. Note: You may end up joining at the end of a 4 week cycle.
