Just need the plan? This is the option! We'll have a 1 hour overview chat once a month and then we'll create your plan! You still have access to DM your trainer through the app and ask questions. Adjustments will be made as needed **This plan is best for somebody who already is living a healthier lifestyle and just needs some guidance and a good plan to follow.**
