For as long as I can remember fitness and sports has been my passion.
I am now 51 years old and I am feeling the fittest and healthiest I have ever been in my life.
It took me years of learning how to perfect my nutrition and training routines to develop a fitter healthier me. If I knew then what I know now I would have achieved results so much faster.
My passion is to inspire, motivate and educate others about the benefits of exercising and healthy eating to have a balanced happy lifestyle.
