Using pelvic floor and core restorative exercise movements, this program is designed to address common pelvic floor dysfunction issues in women including incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, low back and hip pain, and build progressive functional strength. Each week includes a daily core restorative movement practice, and a progressive strength training workout to be completed three times per week. Building Your Foundation includes a series of 8 foundational core connection and strengthening routines designed to rebuild a mind-body connection to your true core team of muscles and strengthening supporting muscles. This is my in-person personal training option in my gym, for 6 weeks one-time per week. Upon purchase you will receive instructions on booking your training sessions. All 6 training sessions must be completed within 7 weeks.
This 8-week program is designed to be done during the first 8 weeks after having your baby. All movements are safe immediately after giving birth. As an additional tool to postpartum recovery, it's recommended to purchase the Bellies Inc. Ab System to be used in the first 8-weeks.
