Move with Ease offers training programs that are built to support individuals who are looking to increase their overall activity in their lives. We love working with individuals who would consider themselves "newbies" to fitness or have been out of the game for quite some time and want to work with someone who is able to create a supportive relationship and programs. Are programs are designed to get your from low-activity with stiffness/pain to moving with ease! We want individuals to feel comfortable with learning to move their bodies in various ways as to support increasing the overall activity in their lives.
