I'm an advocate for all things healthy. My hearts desire is to help other people tap into their inner strength and take control of their life...it starts with taking control of your mind and body. I love talking nutrition and about food in general...I'm an all around healthy dish "foodie." I love giving my clients exciting new recipes to try and healthy alternatives to their favorite foods.

I'm a mother and business owner, so I understand that there are time constraints for those with busy schedules. I strongly believe that life is better lived when you experience it in a healthy body.

I'm a Pro Producing coach, I coach athletes who compete in world wide fitness competitions. I have won several personal fitness competition awards.
