I grew up as a competitive gymnast and I loved everything about the sport. A few years ago I returned to bodyweight training and I have taken gymnastics and added elements from yoga, calisthenics, martial arts and the circus to create a bodyweight training method that is fun and rewarding. Everyone can learn to move better, get stronger and more mobile and even do things they never thought they could do. I've seen women with no previous gymnastics experience learn handstands, cartwheels, pull-ups and rings and gain amazing strength and self-confidence.
