I started in fitness with Massage Therapy and branched out to Personal Training as I'm passionate about pre-emptive health care instead of waiting for your body to be in pain. I specialize in Bodyweight training styles like TRX and Bosu, and my clients usually have goals regarding fat loss, toning or minor-rehab from a previous injury or chronic body issues.
