Welcome to All-out Supersets! This is an advanced 4 week program where the superset grouping changes EVERY week. Each week you'll be working a 4-day split routine. Your basic superset entails performing two exercises back to back with virtually no rest in between, which is the method we'll use this week. This combination includes two sets but counts as only one superset. (with a short rest between each superset.) Over the next 4 weeks, you'll train supersets in very different ways: -the same body part (with two exercises), -opposing body parts (two exercises), -tri-sets (three back to back exercises) , -and in week 4 you'll be doing giant sets (4 or more exercises back to back).
