Small group training is an affordable solution for anyone looking to build strength, lean muscle and confidence in the gym. During the sessions we focus on weight training and metabolic conditioning, as we have found that is the best way to create amazing body and lifestyle transformations that are sustainable. The groups will have between 4-6 people with the coach creating monthly structured programmes. The coach tailors the exercises and intensity levels to accommodate the needs and abilities of each participant, allowing for personalised modifications or progressions as necessary.
