I have a sound background in Human Movement. I've studied and practiced at length in the field of Biomechanics & Body Health. Through local & offshore employment I have realised my personal sporting dreams particularly in the preparation arena. These roles have encouraged collaborations & allowed various forms of communication to transpire into clients realising their potential & encourage future ambitions. The online platform is no barrier for goal orientated training.There is no goal too small or big that I'm not willing to tackle
