The Strong Is Sexy Plan is structured into two progressive phases, each designed to help you develop real strength while building a strong, athletic physique. Phase 1: Strength (Foundation) The first phase focuses on building raw strength and mastering key compound lifts. You’ll train with heavier weights, lower rep ranges, and structured progression to develop power, stability, and confidence in the gym. This phase lays the foundation for everything that follows by improving your ability to recruit muscle, lift efficiently, and move with strength. Phase 2: Hypertrophy (Build) Once a strong foundation is established, the second phase shifts toward hypertrophy — building lean muscle and shaping your physique. My background in sport and fitness began when I took my first pole fitness class in 2012. I then started going to the gym to cross train and get stronger for pole which is when I fell in love with fitness.
My husband, who I met in 2013 has an extensive background in health & fitness and was a personal trainer for years before I met him, so his love for health & fitness rubbed off on me, I learnt so much and was eager to learn more.
I started teaching pole in 2017, after 4 years of being a student and I was always giving my students advice on what to train at the gym, why certain exercises were important and the correct form. This led me to becoming a strength and conditioning coach, I fell in love with Kettlebell training and when I started getting stronger and increasing my weight, it unlocked a whole new level of my pole training.
I have a passion for helping people get stronger, learn new skills, new techniques, and to give people the power to make good lifestyle choices. Knowledge is power but its important to share it.

No fad diet, no cutting cabs, no slamming calories just balance.
