YOU vs YOU Fitness & Nutrition

In my 7 years as a PT, I’ve worked with clients with a variety of goals including one who wanted to be able to walk without crutches after two strokes. I have a stern but realistic approach to training, my training programmes are simple, easy to understand, but extremely goal orientated. Hitting targets are my main priority when working with clients and it goes hand in hand with educating them so they can confidently train without the help of a coach. I believe that everyone starting into fitness needs to have a flexible mindset. We all have good and bad days, but for someone to succeed that someone needs to be able to pick themselves up after a fall and understand that a fall is just a fall. So, ultimately, the choice is in your hands! We all want to live our lives to be happy and content but it’s always easier to complain because not everyone is up for the challenge. The work needed to progress is 100% manageable – trust me I’m a mum of two little terrors... you can still eat the junk and you can still socialize. Besides, you shouldn’t have to sacrifice good fun to look good anyway, why settle to that when you can look good while having fun right?
