Finding that balance between getting in your best shape & maintaining it, work, family, friends, eating right, being social, study/educating yourself, taking a break, sleeping & most of all, feeling content. We tend to over commit ourselves into one of the above & then we don’t have enough time or energy to service the other things that matter. Gladiator 60, which is 60 minutes a day (not every day), that covers everything you need to gain lean muscle & shred body fat while simultaneously getting stronger & fitter! Whether you’re 18 or 60, this program is doable at every age. Results will vary depending on how hard you push yourself with weight lifted but also how hard you push in the cardio pieces. You can cruise & get great results or you can go hard & get epic results.
