About Shelby

I'm an online fitness coach who believes that movement, nutrition, and self care should add to your life, not take away from it.

My coaching style is rooted in sustainability, education, and self trust. I don’t believe in extremes, punishment workouts, or rigid rules around food. Instead, I help clients build habits they can actually maintain, whether that’s showing up consistently for workouts, learning how to fuel their body, or rebuilding confidence in the gym.

I know firsthand that fitness journeys aren’t linear. Life gets busy, stress levels fluctuate, and motivation comes and goes. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you start in a way that feels realistic, and support you as you grow stronger physically and mentally.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving performance, or simply feeling better in your body, I’m here to guide you with encouragement, honesty, and evidence based practices.
