One 30 min Session in person
I was always a skinny guy……No matter what I did, i couldn’t put on weight. All that changed in 2023 when I decided to run my first marathon. I fully locked in on my diet and exercise all at the young age of 46! You are never to old to change habits, especially when you can see and feel the results. Since december of 2023, i went from 127lb to 166lbs currently, and all of the weight is lean muscle mass. My goal weight is 200lbs. I have continued running at least one marathon a year all while exercising every day. Consistency and dedication are a must and i challenge you to follow the same plan I do. In 1986, I survived a shark attack that took my 90 percent of my left calf muscle and caused other damage but that hasn’t stopped me from becoming the best version of myself. If i can do it, so can you. In 2025 I decided to pursue the role of personal trainer and nutritional coach because I love how I feel and look and know that helping others feel the same way is the most rewarding way of life yet. Feeling good and looking good are two separate entities but when combined, its life changing! I want you to experience this feeling too!!
