About Glen

Hey fit fam! I am a father of 3 beautiful children named Olli, Reid and Ehli. Ages 8,5, and 4. I have always had a passion for fitness because I enjoyed what it did for me personally. I remember being overweight at 260lbs and an alcoholic to now being 180lbs and feeling like I can fly. I am confident that I can help you do the same!

I was born and raised in Abbeville, La which is a small town located near the bottom of Louisiana. For my southern peeps, the bottom of the boot lol.

I am an alumnus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where I studied Criminal Justice and minored in Psychology. I joined the Louisiana Army National Guard prior to that so that I can complete my studies, and I am currently at 15 years in the service as of today.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to venture into different things so that I can hone in on my passion. With that, I gathered experience in the movie & film industry, law enforcement, medical, and even industrial level work. These experiences led me to believe that fitness for sure was my landing zone so here I am! My ultimate goal in life is to SAVE LIVES through fitness. With me as your coach, I can assure you that you will lead a better more fit lifestyle than ever before.
