The August Bootcamp will include 5-weeks (10 sessions) of in-person exercise classes that are structured to help improve your total body strength and muscular endurance. You will begin by completing your baseline assessments and goal setting with me. You will have additional movement goals throughout your week plus an additional workout to complete at home. In addition, you will receive 5-days a week of nutrition coaching that will include macro goals, recipes based on those goals, meal tracking and weekly feedback.

Spring into a healthier you with the 5-week bootcamp. This bootcamp will focus on all 7-steps to the Whole-Body Approach. You will meet for two in-person training sessions per week along with completing 7-days of nutrition tracking. Baseline assessments and reassessments will be completed, nutrition coaching and recipes are shared, goals will be created and most importantly, you will be apart of the BMG Wellness community. All training sessions will take part in Livonia Michigan.
